Graphic Designer/Production Artist

Mastermind, a leading digital marketing agency working with leading brands in a variety of industries is looking for a talented graphic designer/production artist to join our team. Mastermind is totally virtual, so geography is not an issue.

Requirements:

An online portfolio showing a range of projects, preferably with your contributions to each piece explained
1–3 years’ minimum work experience
Bachelor’s degree (preferred, not required) or equivalent graphic design work experience
Strong, conscientious work ethic
Self-starter who can work efficiently in a work-from-home format
Reliability to meet deadlines and ready to pitch in & work with a team
Demonstrated proficiency in visual composition - type, color, image and layout ability
Great understanding of social media graphics
Ability to collaborate with co-workers
Ability to good-naturedly implement changes, and consider comments/suggestions (with precision)
A good attitude toward suggestions and guidance from co-workers
Respectful/understanding of a client’s branding, and an ability to work within the brand’s style & personality
Empathy for our clients’ audiences and what moves them
Attention to detail
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

Adobe Creative Suite: proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator, moderate knowledge of, and some experience with, After Effects, Premiere, InDesign and Lightroom
Vector Illustration skills are highly valued
Experience creating motion graphics
Experience creating infographics
Experience editing video
Strong experience building well-designed PowerPoint presentations

Bonus Points:

PowerPoint presentation designs that don’t look like clunky sales presentations
Ability to create original vector illustrations and infographics
Ability to create motion graphics using After Effects
