Job Description

As a Product Designer on the proprietary brand's team, you’ll help bring our first proprietary beauty brand, Shero Science, to life.

  • Own design challenges end-to-end research, concept, refine, ship, iterate
  • Produce multiple solutions to a given problem and discuss tradeoffs with the team
  • Continuously understand the needs of our customers through user research and transform those learnings into polished designs
  • Partner with product management and engineering to deliver user-friendly designs that convert


  • You have 1-2+ years experience as a UI/UX/Product Designer collaborating with product managers and engineers
  • You can design interfaces that easily scale to any device (mobile, tablet, desktop)
  • You are a creative scientist who loves testing new ideas to gain insights
  • You understand visual hierarchy, layout and information architecture
  • For any given project, you consider the holistic user experience and have a strong understanding of objectives
  • You have some working knowledge the the user research process
  • You enjoy leading all steps of the design process
  • You enjoy managing multiple projects at once
  • Your portfolio shows a strong ability to design meaningful user flow and interfaces for consumer-facing products
  • You believe that in design, less is more, and that every element is there for a reason
