Brand Design Lead

We're seeking a Lead Brand Designer to join Rho to help deliver compelling and thoughtful brand experiences for clients and audiences across the country. You’ll help strategically grow the brand and steer Rho's visual presence in a hands-on way. You’ll report to the VP of Marketing and work closely with the VP of Design.

What You’ll Do:

As a Lead Brand Designer at Rho, you'll:

  • Create, develop, and lead, multimedia content creation for a variety of audiences and channels to support our GTM (go-to-market) and Marketing functions.
  • Develop strategy and tactics to create interest, demand, and recognition of the brand through the use of performance-driven design; includes: strategy, implementation, execution, and interpretation of data collected.
  • Champion our brand inside Rho and help team members understand the importance and value of quality marketing design.
  • Rally around our mission to communicate through design who we are, how we help clients, and what we do to support their business journey.
  • Work with and collaborate across multiple functions inside Rho – from Product and Marketing to Customer Service and Sales, ensuring every touchpoint for clients is representative of our brand.
  • Work with outside design partners and various agencies to ensure that Rho is well equipped to deliver consistent and engaging content for all brand and acquisition efforts on time.
  • Assist to ensure all marketing communications across various channels and departments remain consistent and align with strategic marketing goals and brand guidelines.

About You:

  • 5-8 years experience in-house or at an agency focused on graphic design or creative direction.
  • Proficiency in our current design software (Figma, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Process-oriented and agile: the ability to quickly translate requirements into designs that are both functional and beautiful.
  • Strong understanding of the steps necessary to take a creative project from concept to launch.
  • Ability to both provide and receive design feedback constructively, and appreciation for its importance within the design process.
  • Excellent people and project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to consistently prioritize and manage multiple tasks from concept through implementation, and deliver quality outcomes on time and on budget.
  • Highly efficient team player who thrives in challenging, fast-moving working environments.
  • Knowledge of digital optimization across screen sizes and devices.
  • Ability to present concepts and designs to stakeholders in a clear, concise manner and manage project feedback and flow.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and deliver exceptional design at high volumes under tight timelines.
  • Strong conceptual thinker.
