UI/UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer you will use your wide range of skills and capabilities in UX, visual design, and prototyping to build empathy with users, create and validate solutions and work on every stage of the design process.

We are currently looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our ever-growing team at our Development Center in Greece. An individual with a real passion for innovative design, responsible for understanding the user and business needs and transforming them into exceptional digital experiences.

Role Objectives

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for web and mobile
  • Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements and user feedback
  • Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback
  • Translate business and user requirements into design systems, design patterns and attractive user interfaces
  • Execute all design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
  • Stay in the loop and on top of the latest standards, changes and trends in the design field


Preferred Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in designing complex solutions for complete digital environments
  • Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
  • An online portfolio demonstrating past work experience and deliverables
  • Proficiency in Figma and similar design tools (Sketch, Adobe Suite, Invision, etc.)
  • Good understanding of Agile methodology, especially with respect to product design
  • Understanding of component based approaches and how to structure and utilize UI libraries
  • Experience with web and mobile design, user interaction, and an understanding of responsive design best practices across various devices
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills


Education

  • BSc in Product & Systems Design Engineering, Web Design, Virtual Arts, or a related field
