Who we're looking for:
We are looking for a seasoned UX designer to join our Products team. In this role, you will own all the customer-facing experience of CloudMC, our leading-edge multi-cloud management platform. It will be your responsibility to ensure our product is intuitive, enjoyable, and accessible for our various personas while also meeting the need of the business.

Role & Responsibilities
- In close collaboration with product managers and members of the development team, you will be tasked to contribute in multiple focus areas, including (but not limited to):
- Establish design language and set creative direction for CloudMC’s web interface (15%)
- Implement a design system that will standardize all that pertains to the product’s end-user experience: nomenclature, style guide, common components, standardized workflows, etc. (15%)
- Translate business requirements into UX designs, wireframes and visual prototypes (25%)
- Interview end-users (or other stakeholders) to understand and refine requirements, and help iterate and review proposed UI changes (15%)
- Define optimal flow to achieve specific tasks or present information, and perform user-testing of hypothesis (10%)
- Coordination with developers to assist them in implementing desired user experience. (20%)

Qualifications & Skills
- Experienced with user-experience design in the context of single-page applications
- Proficient with Wireframing & Prototyping
- Has experience with Usability Testing
- Comfortable with Agile methodologies
- Adept with web technologies (HTML, CSS)
- Experience in designing for complex applications (rather than static websites), ideally in SaaS model
- Strong analytical mind with a good dose of creativity
- Meticulous person who strives to constantly improve their skills
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
