About Haldi

Haldi is a skincare company founded by two former Googlers. We created it out of a personal pain point: navigating the aisles at Sephora made our heads spin, and it turns out we weren’t alone. We build personal skincare routines for individuals who want healthy, glowing skin, but don't want to navigate the innumerable choices out there.

Customers take an assessment about their skin, goals, budget, and current products. They then receive product recommendations selected by their skin coach, which they can shop in their personal online store.

What we're looking for

We've completed a successful beta with several hundred women and have built out the brand (see attached). We are now looking for an awesome UX/UI designer who can build the user experience: how people see their recommendations, shop, and interact with the service.

- 50/50 UX/UI

- Past agency experience highly preferred

- Believe good design is as much about evoking an emotional response as creating sleek user flows

- Are excited about working at a very early stage startup and have a bias for action, making tradeoffs between speed and perfection

- Technically - can do everything from wireframing to shipping a pixel ready file for development

Scope & Timing

Project is 40-50 hours with deliverable at the end of January (can start in early Jan vs. Dec), with potential to continue beyond on other aspects of the business.
