We’re looking for an experienced UX/UI designer to join the Product team to help us redefine the future of rewards.
Working across a member facing App and a retailer facing dashboard, you’ll need to understand the requirements of different customers in depth and create experiences which delight and achieve strategic goals.
This is a key hire being the first in-house UX/UI designer in the business, we’re looking for someone who is comfortable working with broad, ambiguous Product challenges in a new discipline.
The role has a huge potential for growth as the business and Product team expand.
Requirements- Customer obsessed and driven to understand and passionately represent the customer (retailer and member)
- Comfortable working with high level customer problems, not just inherit specific briefs
- Experience operating in a cross-functional squad
- Prepared to help shape the Product strategy and the Product roadmap
- Is an expert in all phases of the UX/UI process from problem to solution
- Comfortable running workshops with stakeholders at all levels including CEO/CMO
- Great communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable facilitating UX Research
- Can create engaging prototypes
