At Walters you will:

As the Art Director / Content Creator you will be responsible for: Art Direction, Content Creation (in-house, or otherwise), Social Media, Websites/Digital Assets, Blogs, Managing Marketing Budgets and Campaign ROI. Overseeing, Walters: Architecture, Custom Homes, Realty, Apartments.

You will collaborate daily with the Head of Marketing, Architecture Group, Interior Design Team, Property Managers, Creative Agencies, Freelancers, RE Agents, and Custom Home Sales Team to usher in new creative work. This role is crucial in helping build the products and brand marketing components that will lead to Walters’ success. We are especially looking for producers with extensive video production experience.

What we are looking for:

• 4+ years of experience managing projects either internally or at an agency.

• Education in Architecture or previous experience working for an Architecture firm

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and effective strategies.

• Self-motivated, confident, energetic, and creative.

• Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills.

• High level of discretion, diligence, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

• Experience working within creative team and managing designers, writers, artists, etc.

• Experience with aspects of lifestyle, design or tangential industries recommended.
