Visual Designer

Full time, on-site designer focused on evolving our visual identity.

FareHarbor is looking for a full time, on-site visual and marketing designer focused on growing our brand and marketing efforts across a range of channels. You’ll make a direct impact on our growth by designing things like conference swag and handouts, online ads, and feature announcements. FareHarbor is the market leader in the tour and activity software space and we want to make sure our brand continues to shine. An ideal designer in this role is willing and able to own our external communication and ads, making sure what we produce has polish and meets our business goals.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Helping to push the FareHarbor brand forward by exploring new elements and styles
  • Maintaining quality and consistency in published materials
  • Working with our team to come up with new and interesting ideas
  • Have a hand in defining marketing and messaging for FareHarbor
  • Write copy that is attention-grabbing and clear

Candidate requirements:

  • 2+ years experience of relevant design work
  • A focus on creating work that meets business goals
  • Exceptional eye for typography and detail
  • Advanced skills in Photoshop and Illustrator, or Sketch
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • An eye for copy or experience writing copy yourself
  • Bonus points for experience or interest in video editing
