We’re looking for a strategic hire to join our creative team to help support the shaping and execution of ideas. You’ll be an integral part of our team, creating client ready work and design assets. As an Designer you are driven by quality experiences and inspired by visuals. Your passions should be in quality executions no matter the medium.

The ideal candidate will be a conceptual thinker who can help us solve problems with both their hands on skills and thinking. The Designer will be part of our Studio team, contributing on a variety of projects that require visual know how and problem solving. If you can work through a bit of UX, mock up campaign assets, present an idea and think holistically through why creative and design matters, this could be the right fit for you

Skills + Experience

• Strong multi-disciplinary design portfolio

• 5 years experience within the industry

• Familiarity designing across platforms from digital to print to experiential

• Energetic and collaborative with a great work ethic

• Thrive in a diverse environment and contribute to the overall culture of Day One

• Multi-task and prioritize workload with quick turnarounds

• First hand experience taking projects from concept to design

• Excellent problem solving skills

• Ability to present concepts and to work closely with clients, applying creative solutions to strategic business problems

• Ability to iterate and evolve concepts with constructive feedback
