Visual Designer
Vibrent, a rapidly growing health-tech company, is looking for a Designer with a passion for creating appealing design elements that encourage individuals from all backgrounds to join and stay engaged with ground-breaking research programs. We are looking for a team-oriented professional who has the confidence and desire to work with a cross-functional group of research experts.
The Designer role within the Digital Health Solutions (DHS) group is responsible for creating and updating design elements that are used by a variety of clinical research teams as they partner with Vibrent to digitize their research. The DHS group is a customer-oriented team responsible for helping Vibrent research partners complete successful research projects using our participant facing tools, B2B enterprise Program Management Toolkit (PMT) and analytics products.
This position reports to the Director of Digital Health Solutions.
This is a remote position working East Coast Hours. You must be located in the United States to be eligible for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Iconography for desktop and mobile apps
- Layout design for reports, white papers, one-sheeters, etc.
- Logo designs for health research related products
- Branded PowerPoints for executive level presentations
- Infographics and data visualization for customer facing reports
- Website wireframes and design for health research programs
- Prepare production ready files for print and digital environments
Key Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree
- 2-3 years of professional experience
- Understands Vibrent Health customers, industry, and value in order to design in a way that resonates, delights, and contributes to customer’s research objectives.
- Demonstrates a clear understanding of company processes, design processes, and how design can support team needs.
- Works autonomously to complete design projects from concept to completion, beginning every project with business objectives in mind and developing creative design to address critical business needs.

- Understands the spirit of the Vibrent Health brand and designs with that in mind.
- Maintains design standards and brand consistency across the company, consistently aligning how the company is represented to Vibrent Health branding.
