Web Design Team Leader (Remote F/T)

We're looking for a web design team leader to lead our growing team of web designers. 100% remote, all locations welcome.

This position is for a highly experienced web designer who is passionate about creating beautiful UI that provide a great UX. In addition, the successful candidate will need strong organisational and people management to coach our team.

You must have strong hands-on design experience. Being up to date with the continually changing responsive design needs is a must. Basic conversion optimisation skills a huge plus.

We have a strong focus on Practical Web Design. Choosing UI wireframes over trendy ideas like 'user stories'. Being practical and doing what works is highly valued.

Offered is a long term position with a growing company. Reports directly to the CEO and takes all responsibility for design.

Shortlisted applicants will need to complete 2 short 5-10 minute tests to show their relevant skills.

Best suited to strong performers who are self-starters, dedicated to the craft and take pride in their work.

This is an ongoing job. 30+ hours per week. Immediate start for the right candidate.
