Senior UX Visual Designer

What will I be doing?

Be a leader within the Experience team, collaborating with other designers and engineers to make their work and the whole team better.
Lead, conceptualize and craft beautiful digital experiences across a range of platforms - desktop, mobile, and physical devices.
Define and grow our digital visual language, with the team to develop a connected cross-platform experiences.
Developing a design process for translating research insights, and new digital products and features, and then taking them into production. Sketch, develop visual treatments, and prototype ideas quickly to define feasible concepts.
Seeking feedback from the broader product teams and iterate accordingly
Work closely with software and firmware engineers to build translate designs, and ship quality experiences. Owning the quality of the shipped work and initiate accordingly to improve.

What skills do I need?

Minimum of 7+ years of experience designing digital products and visual language systems. Have shipped products.
Experience designing UI visual ecosystems across desktop, phone, and devices
Grasp of the whole product development process, from problem-solving through to detailed UI and visual design
The ability to create appealing high-fidelity mockups of your designs using Sketch.
The ability to create various software and hardware prototypes using Keynote, Principles, HTML/CSS/JS, Xcode, Android, Arduino, etc
Create final assets for production
Highly skilled at communicating design thinking
An excellent self-motivated, collaborative creative
