Brand Designer

Overpass is looking for a brand design expert who can look at all of the distinct pieces of a company’s brand assets and create and execute a vision of an exciting, cohesive brand story.

The ideal candidate is a creative individual with the ability to deliver refined, modern work in a collaborative team environment. You will work closely with product designers, sales team members, content managers, recruiters, and other key members of the organization throughout every stage in the creative process; from conceptualization to final delivery.


Create, refine, and maintain all Overpass brand assets

Produce unique marketing assets, comps, or style guides

Develop letterhead, business cards and other print material

Strategize and execute advertisements for web, conferences and more

Redesign for the Overpass website

Develop engaging emails for product announcements and campaigns

Own the creative direction of the blog

Create swag for internal employees and conference attendees

Work closely with the product and marketing teams to execute the above while maintaining and elevating the brand

Work closely with senior designers to ensure all creative output meets and exceeds industry and business standards


The Brand Designer must have an innate sense of aesthetic and visual storytelling. This role is meant for the haplessly creative who cannot help but notice color, placement, and design everywhere.

Recent, visually impressive design portfolio

Experience in executing brand campaigns

4 - 7 years experience in agile, fast-paced environments

Experience with startups a plus

Length of Employment:

This is a contract position but may turn into more, depending on the Brand Designer's vision and impact on the company.
