What's Off Script?

Off Script is an ecommerce platform that enables creators to run and operate their e-commerce from their phones and sell their recommendations with one checkout and no inventory.

We’re building the operating system for virtual retail, and are on a mission to reinvent e-commerce by putting people in the center. We are recognized by WIRED as one of the most exciting startups in Europe, and now we want you to join us.

Our investors were first investors in amazing companies such as Pinterest, and Popshop, and we are now looking to internationalize and scale our product team. We are building an amazing company and need great people to join us. We offer you to work from anywhere you like, but love if you want to sit with us in central Stockholm.

Who we're looking for

First of all, we're looking for someone that wants to be part of building an exciting consumer startup. You're product oriented, are excited about consumer tech, and love great user experiences. We believe in innovating where it makes sense, and love to prototype.

You like to take ownership of your process from start to end. You are not afraid to give and receive feedback. You bring new references, and ideas to the table. We try to keep a lean structure on how we do things where everyone is responsible for their work.

Being in a leadership position means that you will be important in building out our product team, and processes as we grow the company.

Here are a few things we expect from you:

• Design, prototype, and test user interfaces/experiences.
• Understand what drives customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Be a driving force in defining our long-term product roadmap together with the team.
• Convey ideas and hypotheses into action, from asking the right questions, to designing low and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Identify issues and improve the overall experience for our stakeholders, and work proactively by testing and iterating quickly before we put it into production.
• Have a keen eye for details and a strong sense of aesthetics, able to create beautiful UI.
• Have experience with modern UI tools such as Sketch or Figma.
• Communicative, and can communicate very well in English.
