Senior Graphic Designer

Kivvit is seeking an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead creative and collaborative design efforts firm wide.

  • Adept at translating clients’ unique messages into visual media on a variety of platforms

what you’ll do

  • Translates business and marketing objectives into compelling content that is visually engaging
  • Mentors and provides creative direction to other designers and trainees
  • Acts as the primary design interface with clients and consultants on a number of clients
  • Anticipates team needs to ensure deadlines and project expectations are met
  • Advises on and builds comprehensive identity systems, including brand identity and brand guidelines
  • Collaborates with team members and colleagues to promote an inter-disciplinary design approach
  • Actively participates in new business and client team brainstorms to help achieve desired outcomes
  • Keeps up with the latest industry tools and tips to maintain efficient workflows
  • Manages a wide variety of projects and timelines across the firm to maintain and exceed client expectations
  • Assists Design Manager with ongoing firm-wide projects as needed


your experience

As a qualified candidate, you have experience in all areas below:

  • Fluency in Adobe Creative Cloud programs, including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Proven ability to take projects from concept through completion with minimal direction and supervision
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively create, develop, implement and manage national campaigns
  • Strong proficiency in creating clean and concise editorial layouts for both new business and client opportunities
  • Knowledge of the latest design trends and visual strategies with an understanding of how to translate and apply that knowledge into unique deliverables


As an exceptional candidate, you possess many of the following attributes:

  • Working knowledge of After Effects and XD
  • Superior knowledge of design principals, theory, typography and color
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to work independently on strategic issues with client
  • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of targeted both digital and print advertising and marketing campaigns
