UX Researcher

Full-Time Position

We are looking for an experienced UX researcher to join our team and help define the future of web3 products. You will be responsible for conducting user interviews, performing usability studies, evaluating qualitative and quantitative data, and informing our design decisions. You will be a champion for the user and passionate about improving DeFi for the better.

Responsibilities

Translate goals into questions and develop research plans
Identify and recruit users
Create screeners, interview guides, test scripts
Conduct user interviews
Facilitate usability testing sessions with prototypes and live apps
Perform exploratory research and systematic competitive analysis
Create personas, customer journeys, scenarios, and red routes
Consult and collaborate with various teams
Present research findings to stakeholders, developers, and the rest of the company

Requirements & skills

Experience running user testing sessions
Familiarity with user testing platforms such as userinterviews.com, usertesting.com, or respondent.io
Excellent observational analysis skillsUX
Knowledge of common UX design processes, such as Design Thinking, the Double Diamond method, and Design Sprints
A foundational knowledge of cryptocurrency (you don’t have to be a pro, but you should have an interest in the space)

Nice to have:

Basic Figma skills
Experience editing videos to create highlight reels for presenting back to stakeholders
