About the role

As we expand our marketing efforts at Albert, we’re looking for a highly skilled designer to develop creative, consistent assets across a range of channels, including advertising, social media, and content marketing. You will work closely with the marketing, design, and product leads to develop thoughtful, original creative that echoes and extends the company brand and user experience. As a small team, we’re looking for a self-motivated, driven professional with a collaborative mindset, a flexible and empathetic demeanor, and a user-centric approach to your work. A love of memes, puns, and dogs are a plus.

  • Develop unique, stand-out advertising creative, in video, animation, and still formats
  • Assist with video production needs, as necessary
  • Refine social media strategy, creating appropriate content for individual social channels
  • Support design needs for product-related projects (mobile & web), as necessary
  • Identify new opportunities to engage users across various channels (including offline)
  • Ensure consistency in creative and copy with the company’s brand and design direction
  • Write copy to complement your visual creative in order to effectively communicate an idea 
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, from concepts to deliverables


  • Experience working on digital brands and/or products and executing against business goals
  • A portfolio showcasing your design, process, and your proficiency in delivering compelling creative product
  • An advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and other relevant design tools; experience with Keynote is a plus
  • 1-3 years of work experience as a designer, at an agency or in-house
  • BA/BS or equivalent in graphic design, visual communications, or similar design
