About the Job
This role is for someone serious about user-centred design and eager to grow with a small agency as we create dynamic digital designs for global clients across a range of industries. You’ll work directly with our founders and lead designers, getting the chance to work directly with clients and development teams depending on the project. It’s our job to stay up to date with design trends, so you’ll be encouraged to try new tools and explore adventurous concepts while our processes and structures keep projects on track.
About You
You need to have a true passion for design. Not just the pretty colours, but the beauty of a seamless and intuitive user experience. We are big on UX first and foremost, so you need to be able to understand user problems and create simple user flows, explaining your thinking to clients who have never even seen a wireframe before. You will have a lot of opportunity to work autonomously, so you’ll need to be organised and be able to prioritise tasks. You can work fully remote, and are familiar with online communication tools like Slack and Zoom.

Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a UX-related field (human-centred, interaction, visual communication, or graphic design), or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of industry experience in UX Design.
- A digital portfolio highlighting experience and examples of required skills.
- Must be based in Australia.
