Marketing Designer

We are looking for a multi-disciplinary designer with an emphasis on interactive design to work with our marketing team. You will bring the Lorem brand to life across our digital platforms including the Lorem website, marketing landing pages, emails, banner ads and social media.

Responsibilities

• Translate brand direction and guidelines into marketing collateral, including banners, email, landing pages and social media content
• Create and develop initial creative concepts through to final production
• Define and continually improve our marketing design language and aesthetics
• Help develop a living branding/style guide to inform both marketing and development teams

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio of design work with a focus on graphic design
• Able to clearly articulate creative ideas and shepherd your vision from concept to launch with limited direction
• Understand the relationship between business, brand, and design
• Have a unique perspective on design and a tested process of your own
• Passion for developing a differentiated and consistent brand image
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and fast deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for color, typography, imagery and everything design-related
• Expert Sketch and Adobe skills 
• Experience with updating websites and platforms via a CMS (e.g. WordPress or similar); intermediate experience with HTML and CSS a plus
• Creative agency or start-up experience preferred
