Digital Designer (Mid-Level)

Greenlight has lived and breathed digital since 2001, when we started as three people in an old North London print shop. Today, we’re a full-service digital and commerce agency made up of 170 people, with a reputation for producing integrated, transformational strategies across the entire digital space. We’re still run by the very same people who set us up, and we’re proud to be independent. It means we can move more quickly, boldly and effectively. We’re the people that grow our clients’ business, by putting their customers first. And with over 140 nominations and awards under our belts, we think we must be doing something right.

Job purpose

We’re looking for a midweight digital designer to join our creative team of 6 designers and 4 developers. You can check out some out creative work here.

You’re  a digital designer with several years’ experience. You’ve learnt the ropes in agency land, moved up through the ranks and are now confident in your own ability to take a brief and lead the response.

Aside from being a visual virtuoso, you’re a rock in support of your team. You can art direct, you’re up for debating ideas and direction and happy working in close collaboration with front and backend devs to bring ideas to life. You may even write the odd line of CSS yourself, and you might have a bit of print design in your back pocket.

You’re brave and fearless in the ideas and visuals your put forward, but you also pay great attention to detail, checking your response against the brief and making sure every pixel is in the right place.

You’re adaptable, quick thinking, curious and never satisfied.
