Qualifications

We are looking for a talented UI/UX designer to design and shape unique, user-centric products and experiences. 

The ideal candidate will have experience

• Using their outstanding UI skillset to visually communicate with their users
• Collaborating with developers and UX designers 
• Creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, etc.
• Using tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD and/or other visual design software
• Articulating design decisions and asking questions to surface and challenge assumptions

Responsibilities

As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for all design elements of a powerful, new platform.  You will be a member of a productive, technically innovative development team and responsible for designing and enhancing applications that guide unique, data driven decisions. 

• Contribute to all stages of the design process, from brainstorming and wireframing to high fidelity prototypes and interactions
• Use design thinking methods to align stakeholders and translate creative concepts into functional designs 
• Collaborate with and lead design implementation alongside the development team
• Ensure the design and aesthetics are aligned with usability and accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
• Develop a design system identifying, documenting, patterns and components
