Designer

COLOR is seeking a graphic designer to support our amazing creative team. We're in need of a talented, good-taste having, funny, creative program wizard to help us do great work full-time.

WHAT YOU NEED

• Fluency in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign a MUST
• Impressive design and typography skills
• Knowledge and respect for brand guidelines
• Ability to organize files to pass off to another designer/animator, and clearly label/color code layers
• Understanding of modern design, composition/layout, typography, and color selection
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to ask questions
• Ability to work under tight turnarounds calmly and easily switch gears between projects
• Animation skills in After Effects is a plus
• Familiarity with Procreate on iPad is a plus
• Ability to sketch storyboards is a plus
• A killer portfolio and no ego

WHAT YOU'LL DO 

• Design for still (print/digital) and motion-based projects
• Create original content for our social channels and clients
• Create designs from both existing assets and net-new concepts
• Work within a set brand style
• Create animation-ready vector assets in a variety of styles as well as provide design recommendations
• Work with producers, creative director, art director, and project creative leads
