UI/UX DESIGNER (m/f)

Design products based on user-centric approach that support business goals and increase usability and the level of adoption rate
Support and engage in user research, including planning and conducting e-validation, expert review and usability testing
Design mockups, interactions, mood boards, storyboards, etc.
Support strategy to create robust and consistent UX
Define design briefs, establish communication with third parties and govern design process
Support products and services by governing a user-centered, high-quality, brand-aligned design system
Be intrinsically motivated to research and bring to in the table new, future trends in design & industry

Degree in design with emphasis on UX and/or equivalent working experience in UX/UI role

Min. 3 years of relevant work experience
Lo-fi and hi-fi prototyping skills, and strong visual design skills
Proficient and highly skilled in Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch and other design tools
Ability to prototype in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, After Effects or other tools is a plus
Open mindset, enthusiasm and interest in working in an agile and digital work environment
Fluent in English
