We are currently seeking an experienced and talented VFX Coordinator / offline Editorial to join our team in New-York. Reporting to the Head of Production, the VFX Coordinator will be responsible for offering support to the production team with scheduling and tracking technical assignments.

Responsibilities:
• Scheduling, prioritizing and tracking internal technical assignments and project details.
• Organize dailies, rounds and project meetings.
• Ensure F-Track (project management tool) statuses and task assignments are kept up to date.
• Coordinate and package shot deliveries including submission documentation.
• Provide general technical support for VFX and Color Correction projects.
• Prep Color Correction projects; ingest, transcode and conform footage.
• QC, transcode and deliver masters for final delivery.

Requirements:

Our Graphic Designer creates graphics and content for STIRR. Additionally, this position maintains STIRR's brand across platforms and supporting the greater team with any graphic needs. This role reports to STIRR's Editor in Chief.

This position requires a thorough understanding of the OTT video ecosystem and emerging digital technologies. Must possess excellent interpersonal skills in order to effectively interact with the network of SBG stakeholders on a regular basis. Direct experience in the launch and ongoing development of a OTT video product is required.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Creates graphics and content for STIRR's national OTT products and social *** platforms (static hero graphics, GIFs, social content, social covers, promotional graphics, thumbnails on app & YouTube, etc.)
Creates and updates daily graphical templates and supports content producers with any graphic needs and production workflows
Collaborates with senior team members to design graphic and text elements for videos
Coordinates and delivers high quality images to all platforms that are sized correctly and consistently across all channels
Prioritizes projects to meet multiple and simultaneous deadlines
Maintains high standards while balancing other job-related duties and projects

Qualifications:

A minimum of an undergraduate degree in Graphic Deign or Communication Arts.
3+ years of experience designing within entertainment, digital video, and/or the OTT content space
Excellent knowledge of social, web, video platforms and social communication tools
Solid experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Avid, Premiere, and content management systems
Possesses a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of fast developing trends in the digital video and OTT space.
Strong layout skills and experience conceptualizing complex and/or abstract subject matter
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team oriented and results-driven environment
Direct experience in launching and developing new OTT product is a plus!
