Sr UX/UI Designer (Remote)

We're looking for a remote rock start web designer with UI / UX skills. We have full time talented team members all over the world!

** You must be able to work our time zone during normal business hours until 1 PM EST (New York Time Zone - EST) Monday through Friday

** You must be able to read, write and understand English at a high level with out consistently using a translator software.

What you will work on

  • Creating designs for our internal Saas products named Marketing CloudFX (Marketing Automation Software) & TeamWorkFX (PM Software)

  • Collaborate across a matrixed team to understand key needs and requirements

  • Understanding, deciding, and being able to story tell around the general style for the products

  • Designing the UI components and testing them directly with QA & Product Teams

  • Experience working in Agile software-development process

What you bring

The ideal candidate will have experience working in Design Systems. They have an outstanding execution and care for all aspects of design from conceptual thinking to visual design to motion. They are a systems thinker.

Skills:

  • Ability to work in Figma to continue to help craft an elegant visual language

  • Excellent communication skills to engage with internal stake holders

  • Excellent collaboration and relationship management skills

  • Ability to self manage and work independently (remotely)

  • Highly developed emotional intelligence, curiosity, and creativity

  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity, a fast-paced environment and take initiative

  • Experience in roadmap planning for Design and working with Product to ensure user needs are met

  • Ability to be experimental with design ideas from future vision to responsive design to ways to enhance mobile and touch

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of direct UX/UI experience

  • Experience working within a team to build and maintain a Design System

  • Experience leading and mentoring designers on large-scale projects

  • Experience with modern design efficiency, workflow, and research tools (Figma, Jira, Slack)

  • Experience working on Saas based products (dashboards, charts, data, etc)

  • Abiity to self manage and work remotely

  • Overlap US EST hours until 1 PM EST - Monday to Friday

Nice to haves:

  • Bachelor's degree in design, advertising, art direction, or combination of relevant education, experience, and training

  • Experience in UX facilitation and leading Design Thinking workshops

  • Experience with front-end development HTML/CSS, JS/REACT/VUE, etc (not needed to apply, a nice to have)

  • Industry experience in marketing automation, or project management software
