UI/UX Product Designer

Are you ready for the next steps in your product design career? Are you interested in finding a company that actually has a culture for the people? Our mission statement says it all. Serve each other. Serve our clients. And we stand behind both. Sure, you will work on amazing product design projects for amazing clients in one of the Midwest's fastest growing tech companies, but it truly is the culture and growth potential you might find most intriguing.

Our product design process is simple. Persona centric, scenario driven, flow mapped, wireframe led, product design that results in intuitive, clean, and user goal compelling products. Let's Freaking Go!

We know you may be asking yourself, what in the world am I getting myself into? The expectations are high. We won’t deny it. But our team has a ton of fun while hustling through loads and loads of work, and we love it.

We are an embedded team provider. Meaning we put in a hard day's work of 8 or more hours a day to meet and exceed client expectations as a part of their team. Working in an embedded team role, we ask you to go above and beyond your abilities, and we ask that you learn from those around you to make yourself better every day.
