Job Description

We are offering our next team player a fantastic opportunity to join our awesome team in beautiful Stockholm. As a UX Designer, you will be a part of creating and developing tomorrow’s best gaming experience. Besides having great influence on how we do things and what we deliver. You will be involved in developing exciting new features to enhance the user experience. You will also be a member of one of our multi-disciplinary product teams consisting of around 10 talented colleagues. Our next UX designer will also be part of a group of UX and UI designers who collaborate across teams to create a unified product design and work-process. 

You have a passion for the latest design trends and dare to experiment and challenge current solutions. We think you are able to align the way we work with user research and tracking. This role also includes responsibility for conducting feedback/reviews with co-workers and taking ownership of your work even beyond final implementation. You will communicate concepts and ideas using appropriate tools, such as wireframes, prototypes etc. It’s a given that you are super productive in a fast-paced environment. 

Responsibilities

  • Take part in work on the quality of product design, across all business verticals

  • Work with the design vision

  • Take ownership of your work and follow up on the final implementation

  • Communicate concepts and ideas using tools, such as wireframes, prototypes etc.

  • Stay on top of the latest trends, dare to experiment and challenge current solutions

  • Define KPIs together with stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience from working as a UX designer or equivalent
  • Experience with tech and design limitations

  • Experience in performing A/B testing, usability studies and remote user testing

  • Experience in setting up metrics and tracking KPIs

  • Experience from online gaming, online commerce or online entertainment

  • Fluency in English, native Swedish skills is positive but far from a must

We do like you a little bit extra if you have

  • Experience in creating prototypes

  • Experience in copywriting

  • A technical background with some basic HTML, CSS and JavaScript skills is positive

  • Worked with analytics tools such as Qlikview or Google Analytics

  • Higher education from ex. Hyper Island, Berghs or University
