Graphic Designer

GRM Information Management, a leader in enterprise content management, is looking for a Graphic Designer to join their team at their corporate US headquarters in Jersey City, NJ.

The Graphic Designer is responsible for managing the GRM visual identity and leading its evolution. Operating in a fast-paced and exciting environment, this role drives a breadth of important and high profile corporate initiatives.

Reporting to the Vice President, Marketing, the Graphic Designer works in cooperation with other Marketing team members as well as Executive Management of the company.

Primary Responsibilities

The GRM Graphic Designer is responsible for the conception of and the graphic design of a broad range of marketing materials. Design responsibilities include:

  • Website design; including UX
  • Development of integrated visual components of integrated marketing campaigns, including email, social, landing pages, online advertising, etc.
  • Creation of sales and promotional materials
  • Development of infographics
  • Design of trade show and event materials

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, art direction, visual communications
  • Fluent in Adobe software (particularly Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign)
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint
  • General knowledge of print design and production techniques
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written 
  • Time management skills, capable of working to tight deadlines and planning workload
  • Equally adept at working in a team and independently
