Creative Content Manager

KenCrest a leading human services provider, is seeking a creative and motivated visual storyteller with a strong background in graphic design and photography; as well as a proven ability to translate brand personality into engaging content that inspires others to take action. As the Creative Content Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in interpreting and transforming concepts and ideas into descriptive, visual materials that enhance the Agency’s marketing and advocacy initiatives across multiple regions. Ultimately, you’ll support the expansion of KenCrest’s brand awareness both internally and externally.

As the Creative Content Manager you’ll develop, edit, and improve rich text and imagery that attracts the right audiences. You’ll work collaboratively with the Human Resources team, Fund Development team, and multiple program and services directors to design and write promotional pieces and materials― including flyers, brochures, inserts, postcards, ads, invitations, signs, and templates. You’ll also work in tandem with the Director of Strategic Communication & Marketing and Digital Media Specialist to measure and report the performance of all content marketing and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

Essential Functions of Position: 

  • Knowledgeable about new market trends, and able to translate them into compelling, progressive, and innovative design concepts to support marketing and communications initiatives for KenCrest’s brand, as well as its programs and services.
  • Assist in the conceptualization and production of marketing and communications campaigns for both internal and external audiences, including creative direction for video and photoshoots.
  • Assist in video production including scheduling, scriptwriting, storyboarding, liaising with videography contractors, and assisting with post-production.
  • Support development and fundraising initiatives, including drafting content and creating artfully designed collateral for the KenCrest magazine, annual report, special events, and other projects as they arise.
  • Assist in the maintenance, editing, and redesign of the KenCrest website
  • Support the Digital Media Specialist/Manager with the program and service-related visuals and templates for social media
  • Provide photography support for all promotional needs, and able to capture powerful and compelling imagery of KenCrest’s programs and people we support in a dignified and empowering way.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, New Media, Photography, or related field required
  • Must have at least four years of professional graphic design and photography. Experience supporting in the healthcare or human services sector, preferred.
  • Advanced user of Adobe Creative Cloud (primarily InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator) and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Frequent local travel required. Valid driver’s license required.
  • Experience using a WordPress-based website and CRM systems
  • Experience using Canva, Premiere Pro, or Premiere Rush
  • Experience using Nikon 7200 or Cannon 7D Mark II
