Senior UX/UI Designer

Spherical is a boutique digital marketing agency for luxury and lifestyle brands in hospitality and travel. We tell compelling stories for our clients through a creative, insights-driven approach to all things digital—from web design and development to content strategy and production to social media marketing and community management.

Spherical is looking for a thoughtful, thorough and charismatic Senior UX/UI Designer to join the design team. This person will work directly with the Design Director to executive large-scale website desig projects for a range of luxury hospitality clients. The candidate will be very detail oriented with the ability to talk through design decisions with intentionality and eloquence. They will offer design solutions in addition to reacting to prompts given by the Design Director while creating cohesive and fluid design narratives. An ability to be self-organized is important.

Responsibilities:

● Monitoring, creation and population of QA sheets with Design Director and Project Manager

● Wireframes and final UI pages for full-scale sites including desktop and mobile page designs

● Research and references website builds/products

● Website briefing to development team

● Execution of client design updates to be carried through to multiple designs

● Image curation/selection and web ready content implementation on website projects

● Collaboration with Design Director and performance team on design updates

● Collaboration with Design Director and Project Manager/Coordinator on file organization and assets collection

● Present designs to clients during various stages of design process

Qualifications:

● 4+ Years in interaction/visual design experience
