Senior Integrated Designer
Underscore is a full-service creative, branding, communications and digital agency working with ambitious start-ups and market leading brands from all over the world. We are seeking a talented Senior Integrated Designer to join our talented, creative and growing team.
We’re seeking a talented and creative brand focussed but digitally savvy Senior Level Integrated Designer, to join our talented and hungry team. If you are ready to take your career to the next level, or you already lead your own projects and teams, this exciting role could be for you. You’ll be a proven brand and digital design specialist who is able to develop great concepts based on a variety of briefs at any one time and deliver strong creative outputs that will bring these brands to life. The ideal candidate will have a great portfolio, brand and digital projects that shows your ability to meet a variety of brand strategy briefs with some highly original thinking.
You’ll be joining a highly accomplished team that buzzes with hunger for solutions and ideas – inspired by our Oxford Street location and a constant flow of new briefs from new and existing clients.
Key requirements of the role
_ Create work of the highest standard (We know everyone says this, but we mean it)
_ Passionate about branding and elevating brands, whether it’s through strategic brand or digital design
_ Push the boundaries of the brief and want to stretch the comfort zones of our clients
_ Come up with new, unique ideas, and motivate your team to do the same
_ Take responsibility, work together and share with your team.
_ Present all stages of the design process directly in-house and to clients
_ Embrace an open, collaborative working culture, taking the team on a journey
_ An ability to get things done quickly (whilst maintaining quality)
_ Advanced skills in the tools of the trade such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch and Keynote
_ Knowledge of UX/UI including user journey planning
_ Ambition to help grow our clients and our agency
_ Meticulous eye for detail
Your Skills and Experience:
_ You demonstrate a diverse portfolio of work that represents your talents
_ You have created great work for international brands, start-ups and everything in between
_ You have strong design skills with some proven experience in digital design
_ You know the difference between decoration and creative problem solving
_ You’re not just a visual thinker. You can make your ideas come alive with words too.
_ You respond well to criticism, and stick with a brief when it doesn’t go to plan
_ You maximise creative opportunities whenever they appear
