UI / UX Designer

UI / UX Designer:

We are looking for an amazing UI / UX Designer to own our end-to-end design strategy. You will be in charge of branding, messaging and ensure all users feel as excited about their experience as we do! This role is best for someone who has experience working with companies at the earliest of stages and is energized by leading and founding a team.

What You Will Own:

• Work directly with the product, engineering and marketing teams to define the design language, brand and product consistency, and forward-looking user experience strategy.
• Set the design language, user personas, assets, workflows and architecture that will serve as the foundational pillar for future success.
• Research and experiment to continually improve existing work and ensure we are at the top of the industry.
• Design and conduct stakeholder interviews and user testing sessions and present findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop outbound materials to improve our positioning in the market.

What You Will Bring:

• A self-starter with experience in applying modern UX and UI principles while establishing early brand coherence.
• 5+ years experience working on, or with, SaaS teams and using tools like Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, Invision, Miro, etc.
• Strong command of wireframing, storyboarding, and the ability to shift rapidly from abstraction to high-resolution mockups.
• Ability to identify the "true" needs of users through research and customer journey mapping and apply those insights into strategy and business requirements
• Passion for innovation, creativity, partnership, and storytelling, plus an understanding of how well-executed design supports business imperatives.
