You would take responsibility for interfaces that clients around the country rely on every day to get their job done. Outcomes

Your goals will be:

  • Contribute to improving our Net Promoter Score by at least 0.5 points in your first year
  • Ensure that the development team is never blocked waiting on design for more than 48 hours
  • Contribute to improving our client yearly renewal rate by 10%

Typical Work

A normal week would see you:

  • Perform user research and interviews
  • Work on feature specification documents in collaboration with Product leadership
  • Create user flows of complex products that often span several scenarios.
  • Create low-fidelity prototypes, ideally in Figma. Extra points if you have any experience prototyping animations.
  • Build out your ideas in Figma, integrating seamlessly with our robust design system.
  • Ensure that design work is accessible, using manual and automated testing
  • Be involved in brainstorming meetings together with several stakeholders, where you are expected to go through designs; or create video walkthroughs (we use Loom frequently).

Compensation

We offer competitive salaries and great benefits. We are considering candidates for whom a fair salary would be between $75k and $100k USD, but if you feel you would be a great fit but are outside of that range don’t hesitate to reach out and let us know.
