Product Designer (UX/UI)
We’re looking for our first product designer: someone with the ability and the confidence to lead our entire design process. You’ll work alongside our CPO/cofounder to create beautiful designs and intuitive experiences. We believe great design is fundamental to our mission, and your work will define our brand and vision.
What you’ll do
- Be involved in every part of the product development process from UX research to the final pixel tweaks before launch
- Work in a burgeoning new industry (crypto & DeFi), while designing products everyone can use
- Perform user research and craft UX solutions
- Create wireframes, mockups, and visual prototypes
- Design beautiful, useful, and intuitive web and mobile interfaces
- Design new products and features in collaboration with product managers and developers
- Collaborate with developers to handoff designs and ensure the shipped products match design guidelines
- Design illustrations and graphics for websites, blogs, and marketing campaigns
Requirements
- 3+ years of UX, UI or product design experience
- A strong portfolio showing your skills and passion for product design
- Experience building exceptional, user-facing web and mobile products
- Advanced knowledge and fluency with design tools like Figma, Sketch, Framer
- Proven experience collaborating with developers and product managers on fast-paced teams
- Proficiency with general graphic design, such as marketing materials
- Great English skills (you'll be working with an international team)
- Nice to have: advanced graphic design experience, interest in finance, interest in crypto
