Mid-Level Graphic Designer

We are a boutique creative studio and production company of 12-15 people, based in West Hollywood in LA with a smaller office based in NYC. We work with a highly curated collection of startups and high growth companies in the health & wellness, lifestyle and beauty space.

We are looking for a Mid-level Graphic Designer with 1-3 years experience that is able to work with our creative team to develop exceptional interactive and graphic design solutions for multiple brand digital experiences. 

The ability to create a cohesive brand with a strong digital presence and moves seamlessly across print platforms is vital to our studio’s creative process. We need a candidate who values bridging the gap between digital and print marketing. 

We’re not looking for a lackluster applicant who wants to go through the motions. We need a designer who pushes creative boundaries, can talk to a developer without blushing, and is motivated to go beyond best practices as an aficionado of: pixel perfection, wireframing wizardry, file organization, and coming up with data driven solutions. A designer who wants to join us in the pursuit of finding that balance between beauty and function and can deliver thoughtful user experiences with a magical touch.

  • Collaborate and support the Design Director and Creative Director to evolve and develop new branding and ongoing digital projects and seasonal launches. 
  • Bring innovative digital ideas to life with superior creativity.
  • Able to articulate and defend design decisions in a professional manner.
  • Understanding trends in web design and the digital space
  • Manage multiple projects, prioritize own workload, and work independently when required


  • 3-5 years of experience in graphic design
  • Must have an excellent eye for design and typography
  • Attentive to small details and meticulous in execution
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Love to work collaboratively in a group, you have an innate willingness to dig in and contribute with your team 
  • Capacity to work in a demanding, deadline-driven environment and flexible to business' needs
  • Be able to clearly execute creative direction, bring new ideas to the team, and thrive in a highly collaborative environment
  • Craftsmanship and ability to switch from working digitally to working more hands-on (drawing, styling props, etc) are a plus
  • Experience and strong interest in styling and/or photography a plus
  • Love of fashion, health and wellness a plus
  • Bachelors of Fine Arts in Graphic Design
