Growth Marketing Manager

Compass Coffee is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to conceive of and implement insight-driven digital marketing initiatives. As Growth Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the Digital Growth Director to identify key growth opportunities, develop and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels, and measure campaign performance to continuously improve results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy that drives user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth for Compass' DTC website.

  • Conduct research and analysis to identify key growth opportunities and customer insights.

  • Develop and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., email, social media, paid advertising, etc.) to drive ecommerce customer acquisition and engagement.

  • Conduct A/B testing and analyze data to continuously improve campaign performance

  • Intake new marketing requests from other departments and write creative briefs for new initiatives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, engineering, design, etc.) to drive growth initiatives and improve user experience

  • Partner closely with all marketing channels to optimize the customer journey for the digital customer.

  • Pull reports on marketing channels to track key performance indicators, interpret trends, and recommend make actionable steps to reach team goals.

  • Document processes and projects and communicate initiatives across departments.

  • Lead cross-functional meetings such as project kickoffs, campaign recaps, and regular performance analysis

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in growth marketing

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional experience within direct-to-consumer marketing or equivalent.

  • Experience administrating CRM, ESP, and/or brand ads account.

  • Passionate about digital marketing with a desire to learn and grow within the field.

  • Must possess a strong sense of ownership of projects and/or the marketing channels you are assigned to.

  • Experience managing paid marketing channels.

  • Proven experience driving marketing campaigns with tangible results.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Must value accountability, organization, and collaboration.

  • You love coffee.

  • Bonus for copywriting, video editing, or designs skills!
