We create online and offline visual communication and strategy. 

We are passionate about the design of brands and physical spaces.

Work is reviewed under the guidance of the Creative Directors. 

Specific Job Requirements

• Ability to be flexible in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Skilled at multi-tasking across multiple projects
• Experienced with packaging dielines and print file preparation 
• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• Helpful to have working knowledge of Figma, Mailchimp, Squarespace
• Photo editing skills, color correcting, document formatting and proper file saving 
• Follow best practices for file and asset management in a shared server environment
• Demonstrates solid understanding of typography, design, color theory and grid systems
• Ability to deliver work that is consistent and on time
• Understanding of digital trends and best practices
• Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal 
• Adept at problem-solving, analytical and conceptual thinking

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams, clients and vendors
• Creative conception to design
• Lead project meetings if needed
• Be on time to work and follow company policies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Design 5+ years of relevant experience
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency in Adobe, InDesign, Illustrator

Must live in Los Angeles.
