Senior UX Product Designer

What You’ll Do:

  • Distill complex problems into simple and elegant user experiences for a range of target users and platforms including mobile and the Web
  • Creatively apply the best user interface design patterns of the consumer web to business applications
  • Collaborate with other designers and advocate for design consistency and excellence
  • Take researched findings, customer requirements, acceptance criteria and translate them into consistent, beautiful UI patterns and screens
  • Sit with developers to do pixel-perfect reviews of frontend products before they are pushed into production
  • Present work to clients, and make meaningful changes to design based on their feedback

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4+ years experience as a professional UX/UI Designer or Product Designer
  • Experience designing across multiple platforms, device types, and contexts such as iOS, Android, and web
  • You know Figma like the back of your hand. Variants, components, auto-layout
  • Have excellent visual design skills and a portfolio to prove it
  • Have a strong understanding of web grids and browser limitations
  • Experience with accessibility best practices

Nice to haves

  • Experience with HTML/CSS/JS/ React
  • Experience with After Effects and Lottie animations
