What You’ll Do:

Distill complex problems into simple and elegant user experiences for a range of target users and platforms including mobile and the Web
Creatively apply the best user interface design patterns of the consumer web to business applications
Collaborate with other designers and advocate for design consistency and excellence
Take researched findings, customer requirements, acceptance criteria and translate them into consistent, beautiful UI patterns and screens
Sit with developers to do pixel-perfect reviews of frontend products before they are pushed into production
Present work to clients, and make meaningful changes to design based on their feedback

Requirements

Minimum of 4+ years experience as a professional UX/UI Designer or Product Designer
Experience designing across multiple platforms, device types, and contexts such as iOS, Android, and web
You know Figma like the back of your hand. Variants, components, auto-layout
Have excellent visual design skills and a portfolio to prove it
Have a strong understanding of web grids and browser limitations
Experience with accessibility best practices

Nice to haves

Experience with HTML/CSS/JS/ React
Experience with After Effects and Lottie animations
