Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist

About The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist to help our clients grow their businesses and get more value out of their digital properties. The CRO Specialist will work to identify problems in our clients’ digital customer journeys and propose the best-performing solutions, relying on user-centered insights and AB testing.

We are a team of driven professionals consisting of Paid Media Specialists, Conversion Designers, Content Creators, Web Developers, Account Specialists and CRO Specialists.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Identifying problems and opportunities to drive conversion rate across a number of digital properties including general websites, landing pages, and eCommerce websites
  • Conducting user research and analysis on a recurring basis to optimize the digital customer experience of our clients
  • Running experiments on test hypotheses through various AB testing tools
  • Working within the context of paid media in order to craft experiences that compliment our digital advertising campaigns and increase ROI
  • Communicating ideas, hypotheses, and experimentation results with stakeholders, both internally and at the client level

What You’ll Need To Succeed

  • Experience leveraging web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Hotjar) to evaluate the performance of a digital property
  • Familiarity with user research (qualitative and quantitative) methods that uncover issues with the user experience in the context of the web
  • Visual design and copywriting skills, including the ability to turn learnings into high-converting copy & mockups
  • Experience conducting AB tests and post-experiment analysis (experience with Google Optimize, Unbounce, Optimizely, or VWO is a bonus)
  • 1-3 Years of experience in a similar role
  • Nice-to-have skills include front-end development (HTML/CSS), extensive graphic or visual design experience, or experience working on PPC/digital campaigns
