Senior UX Researcher

YouGov are looking for a Senior UX Researcher with 4 plus years’ experience on a contract basis, ideally to start sometime in December 2021. You would help and guide us to define and shape a best-in-class User Experience, integrated across 3 Key Product areas - Business Website (www.business.yougov.com), Data Experience (www.platform.yougov.com) and Self-service Research products

 The objective will be 3-fold:

1. Redesign B2B website that showcases our products and solutions for Enterprise customers
2. Design an immersive Data experience embedded within B2B site and associated journeys, towards Lead generation
3. Design journeys to drive adoption of our Self-service research products (Eg: Survey Monkey) towards Monetization

Responsibilities:

• Lead and Take ownership of end-to-end project delivery - from building a clear research roadmap, defining workstreams to gathering the questions and hypotheses that shape a project, to planning and executing the research, to analysing and sharing your findings with the team
• Understand the big picture context by engaging with stakeholders on broader business objectives
• Understand our user’s needs, behaviours, and attitudes through our Buyer Personas (we have this), other internal data sources and connect all the dots
• Deliver insights using a wide range of research methodologies (usability testing, surveys, in depth interviews, ethnography and diary studies)
• Synthesise data from multiple sources into compelling, actionable insights, present to stakeholders and advocate for consumer needs in a rapid-paced, high growth environment.
• Partner with the product team to build roadmaps which directly action research findings
• Help the business understand and empathise with the needs of our consumers, so that everyone can make decisions in a user centric mindset

 Additional info:

• Length of contract depends on the work; we think this might be around 3-4 months. We are open to your suggestions
• Salary is negotiable
• Fully remote/ Hybrid/ Fully office working, as you prefer. We have offices in UK and Europe
• We would prefer if you are based in UK or EU Time zones
• Bonus points if you have worked on building Data products/ or experiences, preferably B2B
• Bonus points if you have worked on Multi product B2B websites
