We want to change the way software is built...that's a pretty big task, and we've got some exciting problems to solve.
Requirements
We are looking for an experienced Product Designer. You'll be helping to set the tone and the direction of the product and how customers experience it into the future. It means hands-on design, lots of visuals and an adaptable mindset.
You’ll want to create truly inspirational interactions that are compelling.
Responsibilities
- You'll work closely with as part of a product team with engineers and product managers to create compelling user experiences for our core product
- You'll also work with the wider product organisation to decide and shape our product strategy
- You'll be working with our customers to understand the problems and needs of the users in order to build the best user experience
- You'll conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback, and then feed that back into our product design process
- You'll work with the product and engineering team to create and maintain the best design principles for the user experience
- You should be constantly trying and evaluate new products and technologies
- You'll work collaboratively with the whole team towards product launch.
- You'll be communicating product ideas, designs and progress to the whole company
Key Skills required:
- Attention to detail for you is the norm
- You will have extensive experience in Product design, working on complex, data-powered SaaS apps
- You'll have demonstrable experience with either Sketch or Figma (we use Figma!)
- You have experience in early stage startups.
- You have a strong portfolio of design projects
- Working in a startup, you'll wear many hats. We're looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindsets that thrive in fast paced environments.
