Remote, permanent, full-time (40h/week) position

We’re looking for someone who ... 

  • Can art direct, concept and complete creative that pushes the brand forward while aligning with key business objectives
  • Understands the creative needs for marketing design ranging from social media, digital ads, email template design, website design and other omni-channel marketing visual communications
  • Adopt a test-and-learn, data-driven design approach that balances creative and performance 
  • Create compelling brand visuals that sells the brand to consumers 
  • Provide strong design thinking applied across a range of mediums, including performance channels, identity, video, motion, graphic design, and digital 
  • Co-create with other designers and relevant stakeholders across the marketing and product teams
  • Help to define, shape and evolve the Drops brand
  • Is experienced at creating captivating motion/animations
  • Is a master of Figma, the Adobe Suite ( Illustrator, Photoshop After Effect) and you know your way around digital tools.
  • Is a self-starter and independent thinker, but loves working with a close-knit team to develop our branding to the next level.
  • Can develop & manage a system to facilitate, track and execute on different design requests 
  • Gets KPIs, analytics and is able to navigate and track impact of their work.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience, we are looking for someone that can show us their creative knowledge and personality, supported by a portfolio of marketing design (a requirement for application)
  • Has a background of getting great work out the door on deadline!


What you’ll bring along

  • Support our Social Media team with editorial content ideation & design and ensure your content drives impressions and engagement.
  • Keep our social & user communities engaged and wanting more awesome language learning content due to your brilliant designs 
  • Support our Growth team with evolving our email marketing designs & visual content 
  • Keep our users clicking through and reading more communications you deign through our CRM systems
  • Support our Senior Graphic Designer with illustration needs for both marketing & product projects
  • Create and deliver unique visual content daily, in line with Drop’s brand guidelines to ensure that brand and quality standards are consistently achieved
  • Analyse and adjust your designs based on insight analysis and constant quick fix improvements
  • Ability to meet deadlines whilst ensuring the highest quality but not sacrificing business needs and deadlines at the expense of total perfection
  • A strong drive and structure in your work
  • Excellent verbal English communication skills (other languages are a plus)
  • Experience working in the mobile app industry is a big plus
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a remote team environment
