The Senior Marketing Designer is a key role in our marketing team. You will make sure that our values and our message shine through all forms of marketing assets: web, email, pdf, and powerpoint. We are in the process of distilling and focusing our message and looks which you will be an integral part of. You will be a valued member of the SmartRecruiters’ design guild, where product and marketing designers come together to exchange ideas and work on their most challenging designs.

You will:

• Create and develop designs that clearly and with heart communicate our values and message.
• Present visual design concepts to internal stakeholders and argue your rationale clearly.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing web developer to produce visual design solutions for website, blog, landing pages, and emails.
• Collaborate closely with our Product Marketing team to produce great PowerPoint and PDF collateral.
• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed to ensure the highest quality of design work.
• Proactively work to set expectations and balance your workload across multiple projects.

• You have 5+ years professional experience working on marketing materials for the software industry, and proficiency in web design.
• You have high proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint and Google Slides.
• You have the ability to progress the creative discussion on the spot.
  
• You have excellent storytelling, interpersonal skills, and communication skills; comfortable communicating to all levels.
• You have proven ability to manage deadlines and workload for multiple concurrent projects.
• You have a great portfolio ready to share with us.
