With us every 60 seconds a family gets water, a hungry child is fed, and a family gets the tools to overcome poverty.

As a Designer II working within our internal creative agency, your expertise will be brought to bear on work that is close to the heart of God (in the spirit of Matthew 25:34-40). If you have a passion to connect your talent to life-changing work with impact, look no further.

Come roll-up your sleeves with us and design pieces that moves people’s hearts and minds to action. Designing here means creating for digital, print, and social that connect our supporters to the frontlines of work in nearly 100 countries around the world. Bring your genuine love for design and collaborating with like-minded designers, copywriters, editors, storytellers, and producers. Report to the Design Manager and serve alongside a team of 6. You’ll be joining the organization that flipped the script on child sponsorship with the introduction of Chosen®, recognized by AdWeek, MediaPost, Upworthy, Christianity Today, and winner of two 2020 ANA REGGIE Awards. And fundamental to your life: you’re inspired by your faith in Jesus to love God and love your neighbors. Does this sound like you? Want to be a part of creating the future of this incredible organization? We’d love to hear from you.

We partner with children, families, and their communities to reach their full potential by tackling the causes of poverty and injustice. We empower people out of poverty. For real. For good. For over the last 70 years. Jesus' love at the center. Always. We're Christian and follow Jesus' example to show unconditional love to the poor and oppressed.
