Senior product designer

You can keep things simple and make them happen. You believe in knowledge before assumptions, and master testing assumptions in user interviews, dialogue and MVP’s to gather knowledge which will lead you to make the right product decisions.
You carry the “soul” of the Apacta platform/product and continuously interact with our customers to maintain an in-depth understanding of their needs and how our product enables them to satisfy them.
You create excitement and keep an international product team on fire across Europe, while having fun in the daily effort to create a world class product.
You expect and deliver value in relation to our integration partners and resellers.
Key competences
- Product discovery
- Continuously collaborate with the Product Manager and engineers - from discovery to delivery. Sitting site by site with the Product Manager
- Prototyping
- You use prototyping as primary canvas for communicating ideas, both internally and externally. You are comfortable with many different prototyping tools.
- Interaction and visual design
- You have strong skills in both interaction and visual design, ands have a complete tool set which allows you to work quickly at different levels of fidelity, depending on the context.
- User testing
- You aim for constantly testing ideas with real customers and users. Testing ideas with customers and users is a part of the weekly cadence, so you are able to validate and refine ideas as well as collecting new insights from users.
- Holistic user experience design
- UX is much bigger than UI. You focus on the customer's journey over time as they interact with the product and with Apacta as a whole.
