About the role

The Senior Product Designer will be responsible for designing the UX/UI for both consumers and experts to interact with and deliver emotional health content.

What you'll do:

• You’ll partner closely with product and engineering to design and launch products
• You’ll lead projects to deeply understand how to best design a network for emotional health
• Apply big-picture thinking to break down open-ended opportunities into meaningful next steps and find new opportunities for work that span across our organizational boundaries.
• Work across creator & consumer-facing surfaces and more technical spaces, bringing the needs of our creators and consumers with you as you explore.
• Help shape the culture of our design team

Who you are:

• At least 5+ years of relevant design experience in a fast-paced environment
• You have experience designing for mobile UI/UX
• You are an incredible designer with outstanding design chops. You’ve shipped many products over the years, and understand what it takes to build awesome user experiences.
• Have a sense of humor & no ego
• You have strong opinions, but lead with curiosity 
• A deep care for emotional wellness
• A strong voice for the user. A good partner to PM in balancing user vs business needs
• Have an understanding that localization, representation, and empathy for different cultures as that is crucial within this role.
• You're constantly looking to hone your design instinct through user feedback. Whether through hands-on user research or by designing options for an A/B test.
• Someone who can ruthlessly prioritize and execute. You are comfortable optimizing for speed and knowing when we should sweat the details vs what we can fix forward.
