Marketing Designer

This position is located in San Francisco, CA and reports to the Head of Marketing.

What you’ll do:

  • Build and maintain a high velocity and variety of creative advertising output each week for social media, email, web, and more.
  • Consistently measure, test and analyze ads to apply results and improve upon the user experience and design strategy where applicable.
  • Build inspiring visual assets that are on brand and adhere to our product and marketing design principles.
  • Execute in all visual design stages from concept to final integration
  • Become an expert on how to translate the brand strategy into compelling storytelling and creativity that will help us drive new patient growth.
  • Iterate on and improve performance of top-performing ad concepts and create new, ready-to-launch ad creatives each week
  • A hands-on contributor who understands what it takes to produce marketing creative that excites and engages our audience 
  • Ensure everything we produce is authentic and world-class in quality
  • Concept, lay out, and design unique brand assets and web systems to support marketing strategy, brand, and overall goals
  • Create beautifully designed pieces that support the needs of our stakeholder

What you’ll bring:

  • 3+ years experience designing high-quality creative concepts and are fluent working in Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe suite
  • Experience with direct response marketing and creating ad content for paid social (Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.)
  • Experience bringing your concepts to life with animation and motion design
  • The ability to work independently while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced startup environment
  • You have design experience with layout, typography, brand, presentation decks
  • You have web design experience with wireframing, design, layout, branding, color, modules, system and icon creation
  • Passionate about team collaboration and inclusion, with an ability to communicate with other stakeholders and Senior Leadership partners. 
  • You have a stellar portfolio that showcases a diversity of experience and strong strategic, design thinking
  • You have excellent communication skills – comfortable explaining your entire process and ideas to a variety of stakeholders and peers.
  • Communicate professionally, tactfully, and kindly while maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times

Our Interview Process: 

At Lemonaid Health we have a strong culture of getting on video, (we call them GOV’s), all interviews are conducted over video for a more personal approach. Below is a rough outline of what you can expect, times are approximated. 

  • Initial Recruiter Screen, 30 minute
  • Hiring Manager, 30 minute
  • Take Home Exercise, 2 day
  • Panel Interview, 2-3 hours
  • Final Interview, 30 minute
