ABOUT THE TEAM
On Trade Republic's Product Design team, you'll be responsible for building the future of finance. From our crypto offering, to core banking systems, to market data integrations, you will work hand-in-hand with product and engineering to bring new, innovative products to life. We are obsessed with providing the simplest, easiest to use experience for everyone to invest and save.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Drive informed design decisions to bring functional and beautiful products into our users’ hands across all platforms
- Own end-to-end the user journey and all aspects of design execution from ideation, to prototyping, to user testing, to final production
- Hire, enable, and inspire a dedicated team of Product Designers
- Align rapidly within your cross-functional team of product managers, engineers and other stakeholders to bring great products to life
- Conduct research and analyse qualitative and quantitative data to improve our product and delight our users
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Hands-on and relevant product design experience, for managerial roles experience managing and enabling other product designers
- Experience operating in a highly cross-functional environment to bring products from idea to launch
- Relentless drive and ownership for identifying problems and coming up with innovative ways to meet our users’ needs through iteration and research
- Curiosity to understand our product, challenge the status quo and apply visual rigor for designing delightful interfaces and structured information architecture
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English), with the ability to reduce complexity and align stakeholders across the organisation
- Passion for our mission of democratizing wealth and creating incredible products that your friends will use
