UX/UI Designer

As we build and scale our company, we are looking for a UX/UI Designer who will:
- Create design prototypes, including wireframes, mockups, and workflows of varying fidelity for mobile web, using applicable design software.
- Assist with establishing and evolving UI/UX standards.
- Assist in establishing a central repository and manage content to support UI/UX standards, release artifacts and communication of standards.
- Participate in design discussions and collaborative sessions with teams and stakeholders, offering and providing feedback on concepts and ideas.
- Collaborate with product managers, customers, and other members of the UX and Engineering team to identify user needs and product specifications.
- Present designs/work to various teams and stakeholders including articulating and rationalizing concepts and decisions.
- Be a productive teammate, actively helping leaders and peers to raise the bar while also capitalizing on ideas from others.
- Accurately estimate workload, providing team leads with the insight they need to manage and plan releases, while effectively prioritizing and executing tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience working in a mobile and web UX practice, ideally with B2B2C design experience.
- Understands user requirements and translating these requirements into strong user experiences.
- Experience with user research, including user interviews and requirements analysis. Utilize findings to inform the UX designs.
- Experience with archetypes, profiles, personas, scenarios, or other user-centered design artifacts.
- Familiarity with adaptive and responsive techniques.
- Experience working collaboratively with development teams in the iteration and definition of a design approach.
- Ability to execute with limited oversight.
- Strong verbal and writing skills including the ability to tell a story around an experience or solution.
- Familiarity with agile projects methodologies.
